MAC Drill and Blast is a family owned business operated and run by brothers, Chris and Mick Jackson.
Chris and Mick started their careers working for one of Southeast Queensland’s largest quarries. Through Chris’s fifteen years of working there and Mick’s seven, they became highly experienced plant operators and drillers. While Mick moved on to further his knowledge in the mining and then civil industries, Chris became a highly experienced shot firer with over 9 years working in the drill and blast industry.
In the more recent years, Chris and Mick are proud to have been part of some of Queensland’s largest projects including: Hinze dam, Wyaralong Dam, South Regional Water Pipe Line, the M7 Airport Link as well as many other projects. These projects have allowed us to become skilled and knowledgeable in the Quarry and Civil Constructions Industry.
